My Story

What I do:

Every day is a different problem — and a different solution. That's one of the things I love most about accounting; It keeps me on my toes. On a good day, I’ll be drafting financial reports, contemplating a unique cash-flow statement or devising a new spreadsheet to solve the latest accounting dilemma.

How I do it:

Organization is key and that’s where I thrive. My approach to work (and life for that matter) is one big color-coded alphabetized, time-stamped process. For my clients, this translates into quick responses, valuable and accurate information, and overall efficiency.

Why I do it:

Numbers don’t lie. In fact, they tell quite the story when you know how to read them. I think of accounting as problem-solving. Every business has its strengths and weaknesses, and numbers have a way of highlighting these so we can determine the best course of action.

My life outside of VT Accounting

I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and two boys. I am always seeking new adventures and enjoy traveling the world. Slowly I am marking things off my bucket list one by one. Whether it's swimming with sharks, skiing in the Swiss Alps, rappelling slot canyons, and kayaking river rapids, there is only one challenge and that is trying to keep up with my kids.
