VT History
The story of VT Accounting Associates LLP began in 1958, when Joseph Lauck opened his accounting practice in Carson City, Nevada. Over the decades, the firm expanded and operated offices in Carson City, Minden, Fallon, Twin Falls, and South Lake Tahoe.
Throughout its history, the firm has evolved through several partnerships and names — Lauck and Chalk (1967), Chalk and Joerg (1969), Chalk and Lawley (1972), Joerg and Stoddard (1977), Stoddard, Freeman & Williams (1985), Freeman and Williams (1989), VT Williams & Associates (2012), and finally, VT Accounting Associates (2017).
Though our name and partners have changed over time, one thing has remained constant: our experience, reputation, and commitment to building strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
