My Story
What I do:
A typical workday involves completing preplanned tasks, processing any new information that comes in, and lending a hand to co-workers in any way possible.
How I do it:
I take the time to fully understand everything I work on to ensure accurate results. I'm confident that any question or challenge can be resolved through collaboration my peers, research materials, and continuing education.
Why I do it:
The cool thing about taxes is that they apply to virtually every business and person; which puts me in a position to be able to help and serve everyone. What is fun about auditing is being able to see the big picture of a business and how transactions are connected.
My life outside of VT Accounting
I like spending my time engaging with internet culture and video games — especially competitive ones such as Super Smash Brothers Ultimate, StarCraft 2, and League of Legends. When I'm working out or doing chores, you can catch me listening to audiobooks. Some of my favorite titles include the Red Rising series, Dresden Files, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I am also very fascinated with space and nature, often indulging in documentaries of the sort. Above all, I love spending time with my beautiful family.
